Private journal
Notes that never leave your iCloud.
Write the session down while it is still clear: method, product, dose, effects, and a rating. The journal lives on your device and in your personal iCloud private database. SeshTime has no account, no ads, and no analytics. The developer cannot open your notes.
When you ask for a summary, it is written on the device, with Apple’s on-device model or a model you choose to download.
Insights
A picture of what works for you.
Insights read the sessions you chose to record. Over time you can see which products you rated well, how effects lined up, and what you might repeat. The patterns come from your journal, not from a crowd and not from a server.
Ask Siri how your week has been, or open insights from a widget.
NFC tags
Tap a tag on your gear or a jar.
A SeshTime tag is a small NFC sticker. Tap it with your iPhone to start a session. Tags use the open SeshTag format. Compatible blanks are NTAG213, NTAG215, and NTAG216.
This website only explains the tags. It does not store what is on them, and it does not sell cannabis or gear.How to set a tag up.
Apple Watch
The session, on your wrist.
The Watch app stays with you: Siri, a Control Center control, complications, and a Digital Crown rating when the session is over. The same private journal, on a smaller screen.
Siri and Apple Intelligence
Say it the way you would write it.
With Apple Intelligence, you can log in your own words. On any device with Siri, a set of exact phrases starts a session, ends one, quick-logs, or opens insights. Nothing in that exchange is sent to a SeshTime server.

Widgets and Live Activities
Check in without opening the app.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets cover This Week, Active Session, Quick Start, and Recent Sessions. A Live Activity can end and rate a session without unlocking, and it can count down an edible onset.
The Action button and Control Center can open SeshTime too. Spotlight finds the app. Focus filters and Visual Intelligence are there when you want them.
On-device label reading
Point the camera at a package.
The camera scans a package so you can record the product without typing every line. Reading happens on your iPhone. You can use Apple’s on-device model, or download an optional model from Apple-hosted servers. The photo is not uploaded to SeshTime.
If you paste a product page, the phone fetches that page once, from the device.
Privacy
No account. No tracking. No dispensary ties.
SeshTime does not sell, deliver, or facilitate buying cannabis, and it has no dispensary affiliations. There are no ads and no analytics. Optional Apple Health access can read sleep and heart data and write mindful minutes, only if you allow it.
