Does SeshTime sync with iCloud?

Yes, through your personal iCloud. The journal uses CloudKit’s private database, tied to your Apple Account. There is no separate SeshTime account. If iCloud is off for the app, notes stay on that device. The developer cannot open the private database.

How do NFC tags work?

A tag is a sticker on gear or a jar. You write it from SeshTime, then tap it with your iPhone to start a session. Compatible tags are NTAG213, NTAG215, and NTAG216. Use a blank tag you can write yourself. Setup steps are on the tags page.

I wrote tags before the move to seshtime.io

Tags written before the site moved to seshtime.io still carry the old address until you rewrite them. Open tag setup in the app and write the tag again so the link uses seshtime.io. The website does not show or store the identifier on the tag.

What is the age check?

The app asks Apple for an age range on the Apple Account, or for a date of birth. SeshTime is for people 21 and older. Where the law allows it, a registered medical patient who is 18 or older can use the app. This website does not ask your age, and it does not place an age gate on app links.

How do I delete my data?

Delete entries inside SeshTime. That removes them from the journal. To remove the iCloud copy, delete SeshTime’s iCloud data from the Settings app on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes the copy stored on that device. Do the iCloud deletion as well if you want the private-database copy gone.

Is there an Apple Watch app?

Yes. The Watch app can use Siri, a Control Center control, complications, and the Digital Crown to rate a session. It uses the same private journal as the iPhone.

How do I talk to Siri?

The phrases, Action button, widgets, and other ways to log without typing are on Talk to SeshTime. They match Settings › Siri & Shortcuts. Requests run on your device.

What is the label-reading model?

Package labels can be read on your iPhone. Apple’s on-device model works without an extra download. An optional model can be downloaded from Apple-hosted servers if you want it. Reading stays on the device. The camera is only used for this scan. Photos are not sent to SeshTime.
