These terms are a plain-language draft. They need legal review before you treat them as the final agreement.

Adults only

SeshTime is for adults. You must be 21 or older, or the legal age where you live. Where the law allows registered medical patients to be younger, the app may allow 18 or older for those patients. The website does not check your age and does not sit in front of app links.

Not medical advice

SeshTime is a journal. It is not a doctor, a clinic, or a medical device, and it does not give medical advice. Notes about effects, sleep, or how you felt are your records. Talk to a clinician about health decisions.

Follow local laws

Cannabis laws differ by place. You are responsible for following the law where you are. SeshTime does not sell, deliver, or facilitate buying cannabis. It has no dispensary affiliations and does not list prices or shops.

Your notes

You keep what you write. The app stores it on your devices and in your private iCloud database. See the privacy policy for how that works.

The app and this website

Features can change as the app is finished. Some links on this site open the app when it is installed. The App Store listing is not live yet. Buttons marked with the placeholder App Store ID do not lead to a published listing.
