Talk to SeshTime

This is the same list as Settings › Siri & Shortcuts. Everything here runs on your device. SeshTime does not send these requests to a server of its own.

On a device with Apple Intelligence, you can speak naturally. For example:

• Log in SeshTime: two hits of Blue Dream, felt calm, 8 out of 10
• Record a SeshTime entry
• Add to my last SeshTime entry: the headache is gone
• Delete my last SeshTime entry — Siri asks first.
